Acquisitions - With credit lines in place, Av-One can purchase your aircraft. However, sellers will net a higher profit by allowing Av-One to sell their aircraft for them at retail as opposed to Av-One purchasing at wholesale.
Marketing Agreements - The majority of Av-One's business stems from helping sellers find the best buyer for their aircraft. We work on a set industry-standard commission with no hidden costs. All costs for marketing, representation, demonstrations, and closing are assumed by Av-One. Purchase Agreements - Many clients have specific needs in acquiring an aircraft yet no specific technical knowledge to protect their interests in their aircraft acquisition. Appraisals - Few individuals have inspected nearly as many different types of aircraft or been exposed to business aviation for as long as Chris Hughes. Continued success in determining actual values is the reason that Av-One is respected in the aviation industry. Banks, corporations and individuals rely on Av-One's expertise to determine the current market value of any given aircraft. This can be accomplished at several levels, depending on the requirements, and can range from a desktop appraisal to a detailed physical appraisal.
Asset Verification - Increasingly, financial institutions must assertain that their collateral meets their expectations. Asset verification is the method for banks to substantiate that their loan positition on a unique commodity like an aircraft is as viable as when the loan was initiated. Lending institutions periodically contract this service to monitor that the all the expensive pieces and parts of their collateral have the life and the value they expect.
Documentation Preparation - As part of an Acquisition, Marketing Agreement, or Purchase Agreement, Av-One will coordinate all necessary documentation relative to the transaction for our customers at no charge. Should you find that this is the only service you require, we are pleased to contract document preparation. This includes, but is not limited to, title search, title transfer, lien status, import/export documentation, and special registration number requests.
Ferry Flights - Many times in the process of buying or selling, aircraft need to be repositioned from one location to another. Av-One will coordinate ferrying, demonstration, or relocation of any aircraft.
Repossession - In these uncertain economic times, lenders may need to recapture their assets. Av-One has the ability to assess the complete situation to determine if/how the aircraft can be moved and arrange storage in a safe-haven.
